We encourage all our patients to keep their complete medical records — including those from previous providers, specialists, and emergency visits — on file at our Chatsworth office. We recommend scheduling check-ups twice a year, and for patients managing chronic conditions, we suggest visits at least four times annually to ensure optimal health and early detection of any changes.
