At Mountain View Primary Care, we believe great healthcare is a partnership between you and your doctor. Our Total Care Program is designed to support your health every step of the way. We encourage all our patients to keep their complete medical records — including those from previous providers, specialists, and emergency visits — on file at our Chatsworth office. This helps us deliver the most informed and coordinated care possible.

We recommend scheduling check-ups twice a year, and for patients managing chronic conditions, we suggest visits at least four times annually to ensure optimal health and early detection of any changes.

Emergencies

In case of an emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room.

If you require the attention of a specialist, Mountain View Primary Care will advise and refer you, while making every effort to coordinate covered care within your insurance network.

Mountain View Primary Care files insurance claims for patients with most insurance plans provided in the Chatsworth area.

Medication refills will only be addressed during regular office hours (Mon.-Thur., 7 a.m.-4 p.m., Fri., 7 a.m.-12 p.m.). Please notify Mountain View Primary Care on the next business day if you find yourself out of medication after hours.
